Namsan International Kindergarten

Welcome to NIK, an International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP) Kindergarten, where we strive towards developing internationally minded children who understand the importance of their role in caring for each other and the world around them.

The school’s early year’s program is inspired by the Reggio Emilio approach which draws on a child’s natural curiosity to develop his/her creativity and personal capabilities within the curricular framework of the PYP.

Purposeful play-based experiences designed by our experienced teachers provide learning opportunities in our beautiful outdoor playground and inside learning environments. These learning experiences aim to further develop social skills, communication skills, sensory skills, motor skills, and intercultural awareness for all students aged 2 – 6 years old. This is achieved through thoughtfully planned small group and individual learning activities.
