Charity and Sponsors Morning Tea
ANZA Patron Mrs Helen Paterson recently hosted morning tea at the Australian Ambassador’s Residence. ANZA took this opportunity to recognize the great work achieved by the individuals who manage the charities we are associated. Many of our generous sponsors also attended and met these wonderful people for themselves.
Given the generosity of ANZA Ball guests, we will be well equipped to continue our support of these important charities in the coming year.
With the backdrop of a beautiful spring morning, ANZA Patron Mrs Helen Paterson hosted morning tea at the Australian Ambassador’s Residence on Tuesday May 13.
ANZA took this opportunity to recognize the great work achieved by the individuals who manage the charities we are associated. Many of our generous sponsors also attended and met these wonderful people for themselves.
We were pleased to welcome representative from Seoul Shelter for Women, Jeon Jin Sang (Medical centre and hospice), Mubupjunsa (Big Mamma’s orphanage), Anna’s House (Soup Kitchen), Pastor Lee (Home for disabled children) and Raphael House (Orphanage for disabled children)
Many of these people have given a good part of their lives here in Korea caring for the poor. For example Father Vincezo has run the homeless shelter for 24 years and Marie- Helene Brasseur and her team have worked in the community for almost 40 years. You can’t help but be humbled by their commitment.
Given the generosity of ANZA Ball guests, we will be well equipped to continue our support of these important charities in the coming year.
