ANZA Event Registration: A how-to guide
The new, fresh format has required a few changes to how we do things and we are grateful for the patience of members and friends as we adjust.
To register for an ANZA event; please use the following procedure to ensure that your registration is as fast as possible.
To ensure that you receive your member discount, you will need to login using your ANZA username and password in the top right hand side of the screen. If you can’t remember your password, you can click here to reset it. Your username will not change. If you have any difficulty with logging in, please contact us by email to email@example.com. Non-members can go straight to the event page to begin registration. You will only have access to non-member tickets.
Once you have logged in, choose your event from the listing under the events tab.
Select the number of tickets that you require.
Then click Register Now
The screen will bring up your name and contact details, and the names of your other group members will need to be added.
Please ensure that you check the Terms & Conditions box and list any seating or dietary requirements in the spaces provided.
Once all of your details have been added and you are happy to continue, press the “Proceed to payment options” button at the bottom of the screen.
You will see a summary of your registration, the amount to pay and the bank account number.
To finish your registration, click the button at the bottom of the screen.
If you are registering from a smartphone, please ensure that you scroll down to find the buttons at the end of the page.
You will be sent an automatically generated email with all the details of your registration, the total amount to pay and details of the bank account number for making the bank transfer. If you do not receive this email, your registration has not been processed.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org once you have made the payment with the details of the bank and account name so that we can trace your payment quickly and confirm your registration by email.
Some events such as Melbourne Cup and the ANZA Charity Ball will have strict payment deadlines. We appreciate your understanding on this. These events will also have follow-up emails regarding meal selections and updates for guests. Your attention to these emails will ensure that you have all the information you need to enjoy our events fully!
