You are invited to the Annual General Meeting of ANZA Korea. The current committee will present an update of ANZA Korea for the 2019/2020 year and then all committee positions will be opened and nominees voted on to the new committee for 2020/2021.
Attendees may be required to wear a mask to enter the Kyobo Building
All ANZA Korea members are eligible to vote and we also invite members who would like to get more involved with ANZA Korea to nominate for any of the following volunteer roles on the committee.
President: Responsible for setting the priorities and leading the organisation, our activities and charitable work, managing sponsorships and key stakeholder relationships.
Vice-President: Supporting the President and assisting with sponsorships and events.
Treasurer: Managing the accounts and assisting with payments, helping to set budgets.
Secretary: Taking meeting minutes and assisting with the administrative running of the organisation.
Marketing Communications: Coordinate marketing and communications for the organisation; manage social media platforms and website.
Memberships & Registrations: Managing our membership database and registration for events.
Charity: Managing and coordinating ANZA’s welfare relationships and activities, conducting due diligence and making recommendations.
Drinks Manager: Responsible for managing ANZA’s drinks inventory and ordering.
Event Manager: To lead, manage and coordinate events.
