ANZA Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2024
ANZA Korea is pleased to invite invite our members to join us for the ANZA Korea 2024 Annual General Meeting. Since it is held outside the designated month of June, it will be hosted in a simplified Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) format with a shorter agenda.
Hosted at the 10th floor of HeyGround Seoul Forest between 10am-11:00am KST on Friday, October 25, 2024, the AGM will include presentations by ANZA Korea President, Sunny Myung, Treasurer, Anthony Wood, and 2024/25 Committee elections. Following the AGM, members will be welcome to join the committee at a nearby cafe for casual networking.
Venue: HeyGround Seoul Forest (near Ttukseom and Seoul Forest Subway Stations)
Registration: Essential. Members only event.
10:00am – AGM opening by ANZA Korea President, Sunny Myung
10:05am – Presentation on ANZA Korea 2023/2024 Activities by ANZA Korea President
10:20am – [Voting Item] Vote to Amend the ANZA Korea Constitution
10:25am – Presentation of the Treasurer’s Report by ANZA Korea Treasurer Anthony Wood
10:40am – ANZA Korea’s Committee Appointment
10:50am – [Voting Item] Vote for appointment of ANZA Korea Committee 2024/25 & Group Photo
10:55am – Wrap-up remarks by ANZA Korea President
11:00am – [Optional] Coffee with members at nearby cafe (location TBC.)
Interested in being a part of the ANZA Korea team? We encourage all members to get in touch with the ANZA Korea committee if interested in joining the committee or having a unique skillset you would like to contribute (committee roles can be adjusted to include focus areas like Events Coordinator, Sponsor Engagement, IT Specialist, etc.).
All ANZA Korea members are eligible to vote and we also invite members who would like to get more involved with ANZA Korea to send an expression of interest to president@anzakorea.com (cc vice-president@anzakorea.com) prior to the AGM to outline which position(s) you are interested in.
