ANZA Hat Party & Sugarcraft Class

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. In recognition of this, ANZA Korea’s events during October will follow a Pink Ribbon theme to raise awareness of the campaign and raise funds to donate to a local charity working on this.

In 2024 our iconic ANZA Hat Party returns with a special sweet twist – sugarcraft! Hosted as part of the Pink Ribbon campaign in October, the event takes place annually in the run-up to Australia’s most famous horse-race, the Melbourne Cup, where ladies are known to put on their best frocks and hats for the event.

This year, ANZA Korea is partnering with Yooney Choi to host a special hat party and sugarcraft class at Kopibali in one of Seoul’s iconic hanok neighborhoods, Anguk. Dress your best and join us between 2:00pm and 4:30pm on Saturday, October 26th, to delve into the intricate art of sugarcraft, enjoy fashion hat styling and bidding for charity items – all while contributing to a good cause! The event is hosted by ANZA Korea and supported by Kopibali Anguk (our venue partner) and Yooney Choi. Branded pink ribbon items have kindly been donated by Estée Lauder.

Tickets: 60,000 KRW Members / 70,000 KRW Non-Members

Ticket cost covers hat rental, sugarcraft class, pink ribbon donation. Drinks can be purchased at a 10% discounted rate from the cafe. Hats will be available for borrowing during the event and additional hats can be purchased through bidding. Donations will be accepted for breast cancer fundraising.
