ANZA KOREA NOTICE OF AGM

Level 18 of the Kyobo Building,

1 Jong-ro, Jongno-gu

Seoul

You are invited to the Annual General Meeting of ANZA Korea. The current committee will present an update of ANZA Korea for the 2020/2021 year and then some committee positions will be opened and nominees voted on to the new committee for 2021/2022. Tea and coffee will be served.

Attendees will be required to wear a mask to enter the Kyobo Building and social distancing will be implemented during the AGM.

All ANZA Korea members are eligible to vote and we also invite members who would like to get more involved with ANZA Korea to nominate for any of the following volunteer roles on the committee.  If you are unable to attend the meeting you can nominate yourself in advance of the AGM.

President: Responsible for setting the priorities and leading the organisation, our activities and charitable work, managing sponsorships and key stakeholder relationships.

Vice-President: Supporting the President and assisting with sponsorships and events.

Treasurer: Managing the accounts and assisting with payments, helping to set budgets.

Memberships & Registrations: Managing our membership database and registration for events.

Event Manager: To lead, manage and coordinate events.

Anyone interested in joining ANZA as a member or would like to nominate themselves for a committee position is welcome to join the meeting. Registration for the meeting is essential.
