Autumn Kimjang (Kimchi-Making) with ANZA

Curious about making kimchi?

ANZA Korea is pleased to invite our members and friends to join a special kimjang (김장) activity, hosted by Sun Ho Lee in Ilsan!

We will be meeting at 2pm on Sunday, November 27, to make kimchi and learn about this annual Korean tradition! No prior experience or special preparation is needed – just make sure to bring an apron and wear casual clothes that you do not mind staining with sauce.

Participants are also encouraged to bring a container or zip bag for the kimchi, but if needed a zip bag can be provided.

Time: 2:00pm-5:00pm (followed by dinner at the farm or nearby)

Meeting location (for those coming by public transport): Line 3 (3호선), Baekseok Station (백석), Gate 3 ( 3 번출구)
